Laysa laysa is a tamil movie which was long in the making and recently got released.
it was clearly apparent from the beginning that it was a remake of sumer in bethlehem.
the cheque given to koker(producer of SIB)for remake rights bounced.
now priyan is telling laysa ...has nothing to do with SIB but only a rehash of his earlier mallu films kilukkam, cheppu etc.,
When will priyan stop copying?

Remember the road-roller scene in 'Vellanakalude Nadu'. The whole incident (right from Lal claiming it from Municipality) is a strainght lift from Malgudi days, written by RK Narayan.
Priyan entered the movies by writing script for 'Padayottam' (*ing Lal, Mammootty, Sankar, Naseer, Madhu). 'Padayottam' is nothing but 'Count of Monte cristo' written by Alexander Dumas.
only god knows, from where all he copies.
