How to make 'karuveppalai kozhambu'

 Hi everyone,
   i'm really lloking forward to make karuveppalai kozhambu but i'm not sure of the recipes. I really hope someone could help me out and tell me how to make it. Thank you...

 Hello Pamela,
 Herez the recipe for karuveppalai Kozhumbu
 curry leaves 1cup
 urad dal 1/4cup
 dried red chillies 10( more for more spicy)
 salt
 coconut shredded 1/2cup
 pepper cons 3-4
 tamrind water 3cups
 oil
 mustard seeds
 curry leaves 2-3
 jaggery 1tsp
 Method
 grind into a smooth paste urad dal,curry leaves,red chillies,coconut,pepercons.
 heat oil in a kadai,add mustard seeds and curry leaves,after it splutters add the tamrind water. add salt and allow it to boil. after the 1st boil add the paste.. now simmer in low heat and cook until you get a thick kozhumbu consistency finally add jaggery and wait for 3-4mins.
 serve hot with rice..
 ps: if you like garlic add garlic to the grinding masala's and make a paste.

 Hello Pamela,
 Do you have karuvepilai tree at home? Do you get karuveppilai cheap in philadelphia? Karuveppilai is preserved like treasure in our house in maryland.
