How does one make mor from curd?

 Hi I live in Japan. Can someone let me know how I can make make mor from curd or yoghurt? Do I have to heat the curd/ yoghurt before churning it?

 Hello Hemant,
 Thanks for the information. I had a look at the site you mentioned.  What is "buttermilk" mentioned in the list of ingredients? Is it mor?
