 Oven setting – Speed combi.
Cauliflower 		150gms
Potato			100gms
Onion chopped	1pc medium
Ginger & garlic paste	10gm
Tomato whole		100gms
Green chilli		2 nos. medium
Coriander powder	3gms
Chili powder		4gms
Cumin powder		5gms
Turmeric powder	5gms
Corn oil		10ml
Salt 			to taste
For garnish, juliennes of ginger & fresh coriander leaves
Method
Wash and cut the vegetables to medium size.  Blend tomatoes with little water.  Mix all ingredients together and keep aside for 10 minutes.  Cook in the speed combi setting for 20 to 25 minutes.  Remove and garnish with coriander and ginger juliennes.
