Karthick gets busy with "Dhil Ruba"
Though actor Karthick has been acting in nearly half-a-dozen films, nothing seems to see the light of the day. However, this actor seems to have offers coming his way.
Karthick, who dominated the silver screen a few years ago, is currently busy acting in a romantic and youthful film - Dhil Ruba.
The movie is written, directed and produced by Prabhu Nepaul, whose earlier venture with Karthick Kadhale Suvasam, never saw the light of the day.
Prabhu Nepaul is keen to finish the film early and ensure that it is released next month. This actor-turned-director-turned-producer has been shooting for the film day and night at exotic locations in Kulu Manali.
A duet with Karthick and Meena dancing amidst roses brought from Kashmir in five lorries was shot.
The movie has Aravindh (who made his debut in Sena and acted in Kutty Padmini's teleserial Krishnadasi) playing an important role. A new face Keran Roy is also in the cast along with Nasser, Kalpana, Ramesh Khanna, Vaiyapuri, Nethran and Rajesh.
Music is by D Imman, cinematography by Akilan, dialogues by K Muthukumaran, stunts by Jaguar Thangam, and story, screenplay, editing and production is by Prabhu Nepaul.
