  i think talent is the most important. acting is a profession and in order to excel in this field, talent is much needed. beauty comes second. but in the world today, beauty is more sought after.

  I would definately say talent. Talent can only become stronger as time goes by. You can't really take away talent. However, beauty fades with time.
