Last week Madhavan emerged winner of the first celebrity golf event organised by the Mc Dowell group at Bangalore. Maddy, whose love for golf was a well-kept secret, has improved leaps and bounds ever since he teed off at the Madras Golf Club, a few years back.
Maddy may be going great guns at the Golf courses but at the box-office, he had no flops in a row after last year's super-hit Run. In the star rating he has come down a few notches and is now below Dhanush, Surya and Srikant!
Maddy needs a hit badly to revive his acting career which is going through horrors at the moment. Can his Diwali release JJ kick-start his career all over again?
JJ has everything going for it- A top director Saran whose last film (Gemini) was a hit, two sexy girls Amoga and Pooja (see pic), some peppy numbers from Bharadwaj and above all the film is produced by the marketing wizard Oscar Ravichandran.
So JJ becomes the most important film in Maddy’s career.
