I have seen too many Tamil films recently where all the Heroines sound the same. I realize that the same person (Savitha?) provides the dubbed voice for a lot of them. I didn't mind this a few years ago when she was helping Simran out but today with a bevy of young actresses (Rathi, Trisha, Kaveri, Sneha, etc.) performing out there, I get irritated when the voice inflections and such sound similar. I realize that some of the actresses don't speak Tamil, in which case maybe the voices should be dubbed by different people instead of just one person. Does anyone find this aspect of cinema irritating?

  I think that all Indian cinema should switch to sync sound. Dubbing entire films is a horrible practice and sync sound is better for the actors. It is hard to recreate a performance months later in a studio.

  Yes they should even if they don't know the language. They could still try. It gives more substance to their performance. Even tamil speaking girls like Sneha get her voice dubbed. According to them, they can't find the time to go for dubbing.

  if you have seen Laysa Laysa . it is so obvious that the voices are dubbed. the mouth movements don't go with the dubbing.

  dont u know that sneha used her own voice for parthiban kanavu. she is the only tamil actress can speak tamil fluently. and she not goin to use dubbing artis help anymore. in india those who use their own voice only can get indian natinal award. thats y our simran dint get natinal award although she did well in kannathil muthamittal. hopelly sneha will get the award..!!!
