Kadal Kissu Kissu, I'm not sure who the actor is , but the actress is Charmi, the heroine from Kadal Azillivaliai, (chimbu's first movie).

  yes, i saw it.. the actor's name is Bala and actress is Charmi... The movie was boring, but what a comedy man from "Chinna Kalaivaanar" Vivek!!! And that too, the Rajini comedy from him was hilarious!!! everyone should watch the movie just for him...
