Hi all,
To be honest, I stopped watching tamil movies since 6 or 7 years ago except for a few good movies. Recipe of a tamil movie(love,dance,fight,dumb comedy,hero, heroinne, villaine, comedian). this recipe is used in almost all the movies. Tamil movies nowadays are so fallible, that I would just laugh at the stupidity of these movies. Nevertheless, there are few good movies made made by K.Balachander (wonderful storylines), Kamal (my kudos for his effort to heighten the technical quality of tamil movies) and few others. Hundreds of movies are made every year but how many of it is appreciable?? Most actors don't put much effort into their work and most actresses are basically nothing but an accessory in the movie. My point is, if a tamil movie is to be respectful globally, a shift in paradigm is very necessary.
