I know this sort of dream will never happen, but still...

Film Title - MAZHAI
Duration - One and a half hour without songs.
Location: A small hill sorrounded town.
Story Oneline : Rain is the main character of the movie.This small town receives rain throughout the
year. The film focusses on .... How the rain ...
-gives happiness to lovers
-brings creativity to poets&writers
-causes destruction of shelter to the poor
-spreads diseases
-brings enjoyment to children makes Nostalgia to the old aged
-enhances husband-wife lovemaking and relationship etc.

  We all have seen how much these directors love to bring in Rain into scenes so as to enhance the mood of scenes.
  Dont you think it would be really nice if a movie is based completely
  on a rainy mood?
  Is there any hollywood ,Indian movie based on rain?
