We notice that more than 90% of the films are not successful. Most of the producers who were multimillionairs before they get into to the cine field become paupers after they produce a film. But the actors & actresses go riher film after film. They collect the money from the producers before the film was released. They dont mind about the success of the film. A lot of good things will happen if actors & actresses are paid according to the success of the film after the release.
