I think malayalam have much better story lines than tamil movies!!!!!

Tamil movies are like, bollywood, about sex and all that!!!!

We have better actorz and actreeses!
We rule SOUTH INDIA!

  u all think the kerala syllabus is so easy that any fool can pass eh..? for yr kind info listen kerala got the largest amt of CBSE,ICSE and othe dav,kendra vidyala okay..and abt the state one its a bit tougher one in other states u have only 5 to 6 subjects maximum for yr 10th std but in kerala they need to clear atleast 8 to 12 papers excluding the paper 2 for one subject okay..and u go outside anywhere in the world the education u got from kerala in valid anywhere im experienced in getting an admission in australia..im proud of my kerala firstly my india then kerala...i agree for each of u ur state is bigger and proud abt like that for us also same so criticising others ot other cultures is not good for anyone a small advice okay...be Indian always dont be separed always....vande mataram...

  This is only a lot of rambling going on...Why do are you people so stuck up about Tamizh and malayalam....Urupadavemaattingla?!
  
  Both Tamizh and malayalam movies have their plusses and minuses...
  
  For the Mallus....
  I am a mal too, one who can speak all the four south Indian Langs , oher than Eng ang hindi (Very very fluently mind you!). I have not watched a single Mal movie which can match the dialogues of Tamizh movies. and remember Malayalam movies began with the help of the tamizh film industry. We cannot match their Technical wizardry. Not even Bollywood can. We cannot match their innovation. And we definitely cannot match their depth of literature.....Have you watched Movies like Parashakti, Thangappadakkam, Paasamalar or even Paavamannippu. If not then do not talk too much. And have you watched the latest of Mal movies....I puke.
  
  For the Tamizh makkal...
  Guys get a life. If stuff like hey!Ram can go for Oscars...Then its not surprising we didnt win. Mal movies never get the recognition as the language is difficult and settings are very local. Themes are very universal. Lets not talk about looks. What is vijaykanth doing there. Whats Rajni doing here. whats Pandyan doing here. If you cant Mammootty handsome then I do not know what is you concept of personality. Our scrpts are simple. Our talents huge....Quality of movies beginning from mid eighties to late nineties cannot be matched and film industry of India. Some recommended movies....Permthachan, Kireedom, Thaniyavarthanam, Sargam, Vellanakalude Naadu, Innale, Moonnampakkam....
  And talking about culture...None of us seems to have it, gauging by your language....Nothing to be proud of guys!!

  Shivaji Ganeshen is a respected figure in Kerala. He has to be congratulated for his successful acting. Yes malayalam films did start with the help of MVM I thik or some other studio. Things that bring negative impacts on malayalam movies are these worthless soft-porn films which has no point at all but to show the exploitation of women.

  This started off as a debate on movies...which is healthy. Why did it turn into politics and regionalism.
  
  Its gonna be a long debate if it is politics....How many of us are geared for a well informed debate. If it is just mudslinging that you are looking for then I have no respect for you guys...
