Tamilan-1 has admitted that he is a Thevar.

I wonder why he hasn't said a word about his caste and how they are committing atrocities against dalits.

This is why the Dravidian movement is a hoax. It offered a convenient cover to the so-called OBCs who are the biggest oppressors of the dalits in TN by keeping on scapegoating brahmins.

Here are a few links about Thevar atrocities in Tamil Nadu. There are no such comparable atrocities being committed by Brahmins today. For Madhu Reddy's benefit, there are similar links for Reddy atrocities in Andhra which can be posted later.

Some of the chapters talk about Thevars here:
Thevars [caste Hindus] treat Sikkaliars [Dalits] as slaves so they can utilize them as they wish. They exploit them sexually and make them dig graveyards for high-caste people’s burials. They have to take the death message to Thevars. These are all unpaid services.

— Manibharati, social activist, Madurai district, Tamil Nadu2

In the past, twenty to thirty years ago, [Dalits] enjoyed the practice of “untouchability.” In the past, women enjoyed being oppressed by men. They weren’t educated. They didn’t know the world... They enjoy Thevar community men having them as concubines... They cannot afford to react, they are dependent on us for jobs and protection... She wants it from him. He permits it. If he has power, then she has more affection for the landlord.

— A prominent Thevar political leader, Tamil Nadu3

Also,
In protest against police action on Thevars at Sivakasi, Thevars in Mansapuram village attempted to introduce coconut shells at tea stalls for Dalits to keep them from sharing tea tumblers used by caste Hindus. When Dalits resisted, Thevars torched and looted Dalit houses in Amachiyarpatti village. In Rengappanaikkanpatti Thevars vowed to make Dalits “dig pits for the burial of bodies of dominant castes.”241 The entire Dalit population of the village was later forcibly driven out, as Thevars set fire to their homes and fields.

Tamilan-1 - First clean up your community. Then talk about others. The same goes for Madhu Reddy

Here are some links on Reddy atrocities (Truth is, simple Google searches 'Reddy atrocities on Dalits' or 'Thevar atrocities on Dalits' yield so many current incidents that it is hard to choose!)

http://www.amnestyusa.org/countries/india/caste.html describes this incident:

One who spoke was an elderly man who recalled in broken sentences the gruesome details of the carnage he had recently witnessed in Kambalapalli village in Kolar district, Karnataka. His wife, daughter and two sons were burned alive, along with three others, when members of the Reddy community (caste Hindus) set fire to three huts belonging to Dalit families. His eldest son, the first graduate from the village, had been murdered two years earlier, also by caste Hindus. With folded hands, he pleaded for protection for the few survivors in his family. All the Dalits in the village had fled in fear of further attacks. None wanted to return home as they believed the police would not protect them.

In
http://www.flonnet.com/fl1816/18160440.htm we have this incident:
On May 11, Nadella Anjaiah went to the well to get a pot of water after working in the field for many hours. He waited for someone from the upper castes to fill the pot but in vain. He felt so thirsty that he ventured to draw water from the well. Sreenivasa Reddy, an upper-caste person, saw Anjaiah carry water to his home. He objected to that and an altercation ensued.
The Reddys considered it an affront to their authority and decided that they should not allow the Dalits access to the water any longer. They chased three Dalit girls away from the well the next day. After a week without water, the Dalits lodged a complaint with District Collector Sunil Sharma. The Collector directed the revenue and police officials concerned to settle the issue. However, the Reddys did not relent, saying that the well belonged to a private trust. Ignoring the objections, the officials allowed the Dalits to draw water from the well.
The Reddys abandoned the well and drew water from a borewell, which yielded only saline water. They imposed a social boycott against the Dalits. They refused to engage Dalits for farm work. Following their diktat, the village society refused to accept milk from the Dalits. Barbers and washermen declined to serve them.
A Brahmin invites the wrath of Thevars for choosing to speak in favour of Dalits and is fighting for their rights:
