Could anybody say whether the northern districts ("Thondai mandalam") except pondicherry is backward in every aspect when compared to southern districts and western districts(Salem,Erode,Coimbatore)
Is the no.of.V.I.Ps / big shots are less from northern states(I mean, old North arcor,south arcot,chengalput and dharmapuri districts)?in almost every sphere of our society.
