Some people in Sri lanka believe while Singhala[Ela] civilization copied things from there allied Indic groups,Some clever people known as Velirs[damela]founded a civilization without coming to see imitations in Sri Lanka like Iron implements,irrigation systems,Royal traditions without ever bothering to make a visit.Afterwards some wandering group of cunning men turned these clever people from jain traditions to modern Hinduism for their own benefits around 10th century.But is it possible that 2 great civilization occur in 60 k.m. apart.
There are some new archeological and genetic studies going on now to find how this was possible
Another speial thing here is both parties believe how high there civilizations and religeons are that they both despise those Indoeuropean savages from Europe except when they are about to get some benefits through superior technology of these northeners.
